It is with excitement that we announce the winners of our wedding photography package competition! Lauren Timms and David Nicholas! Lauren and David is getting married on the 7th of January 2012 (no typo, yes 2012!) and we are honoured to be the lucky photographers that will be taking their wedding photos!

Blue Lagoon Bridal Fair 2010 – continued
Thank you to all our friends and clients that visited us at the Blue Lagoon Bridal Fair today. And a very special thank you to those of you who showed interest in becoming our clients and perhaps future friends! There were some great exhibits at the fair, with my favorites being The Envelop Cage and Champagne and Lace Bridal Couture. Watch this space for more info on them soon! Our good friend, Janine Oates also exhibited at the bridal fair with some of her stunning creations.
Talking about stunning creations, the two fashion shows was fully packed with prospective brides (and grooms) dreaming about that perfect dress!

Blue Lagoon Bridal Fair
If you’re old enough to have watched the movie, The Blue Lagoon (1980) with Brooke Shields and Christopher Atkins, then you’re probably not part of the current generation of young couples planning their wedding. In fact, your were probably born before 1980! It was a movie about discovering life through love. A couple of children stranded on an island, growing up together, falling in love and then braving the challenges of their surroundings together.
This week is all about planning for a bridal fair at the Blue Lagoon Hotel in East London (3 July 2010). Although the hotel has nothing in common with the movie, except the name, beautiful scenery and the lagoon – the beginning of many couples’ lives will start here as husband and wife.
We invite all couples planning their weddings to join us for a cup of coffee and to chat with us about their wedding photos. The fair starts at 10am and finish at 4:30pm. Feel free to ask us about General advice for your wedding as we would love you to have a great time on your big day (it makes our job so much easier)!
As a special offer, all couples booking their packages during the bridal fair will receive a 10% discount on our pricing for 2010/11. Do not miss out! We will also be running a competition! One lucky couple who book with us, will receive a wedding photography package worth R3900.
