Kerry and Kevin’s Rain Kissed Wedding at Cypressdale

If you keep up to date with our posts, you would’ve noticed Kerry and Kevin’s engagement shoot at Sunrise on Sea and Murambi Roses.  Well, the wedding day came and the bridal couple pulled out all the stops to have a truly great wedding.  Despite the rain, the bride’s wish of a garden wedding came true and the loving couple became husband and wife with the blessing of a few drops from the heaven.  Michelle of Cypressdale ensured that everybody was well looked after and ensured that everything was perfect – as usual…

Marinda and Le-Roux’s Wedding… and the Grand Prix Circuit…

Not often that we find that special couple that is willing to try something totally off beat and different.  Marinda and Le Roux trusted us completely and when we suggested the East London Grand Prix Circuit as the location for their wedding photos the idea was met with great enthusiasm and excitement!  Not only did the GP Circuit provide us with some unique photo opportunities, but the surrounding veldt during the sunset hour allowed for some delirious shooting on our side as we just could not get enough of the golden light of sunset!

Adele and Foden’s Sea-side Wedding

Foden is a surfer boy and Adele a ballerina…   Quite a combination but truly a bride and groom that stands out!  The wedding ceremony was held on grassy banks overlooking the Gonubie river and the reception at the Gonubie Hotel.

Anthonet and Garth’s blessed Morgan Bay Wedding

Anthonet and Garth’s wedding was the first of two weddings in one weekend at Morgan Bay.  Our eyes were opened to the value of small intimate weddings as this wedding had a handful of guests, all fitting around one single table.  In this case less was more as the fun and intimacy during the day knew no bounds.  Much fun was had after the ceremony at the Cock-Inn, one of our favourite venues in the Kei Mouth Area.  As usual the decor of the venue was impeccable and allowed us the opportunity to shoot some classic shots of the bride and later the couple and their party.  Use the commenting function below and let us know what you think!

Harriet and Michael ties the KNOTT at Cintsa

We have been lucky to be the wedding photographers at the weddings of so many talented and special couples over the years, and none more so than Harriet and Michael, two extremely intelligent and interesting people!  Michael and his brother are pharmacists and own the Southernwood Pharmacy in East London.  Harriet loves poetry (check out her page on Woes.co.za) and together with Michael they have traveled the world in search of adventure.  Michael is of Polish descent and his passion for the Polish people comes from his grandmother, who was one of the survivors from the Second World war.

This couples’ love knows no bounds and that made being their photographers a breeze on their wedding day.  And as Harriet and Michael Knott tied the knot, everyone knew that this is going to last forever…

Pamela and Luthando’s High Profile wedding at the East London International Convention Center

Spiritual, Musical and BIG.  The first three words that come to mind when trying to describe this ULTRA glamorous wedding held in the Eastern Cape.  The International Convention Center was packed with over 500 guests, musicians and entertainers that made the evening unforgettable!  In contrast with all this glamour and beauty, the chosen wedding photography location looked like a scrap yard, with old tyres and an interesting city scape as backdrop.

Roan and Ben’s Sunny Seaside Wedding

It has been way too long since we’ve posted anything on our website, but if you have been following us on our facebook page then you will know why we’ve been so quiet on our website!  Roan and Ben’s wedding was way back in January, but the rigors of traveling for our passion has kept me away from the website!  But let us focus now on this lovely couple from the good old USA.  Roan and Ben are both from Weaverville, California, where they combat fires in the service of the USDA forest service.  Their love for thrill and adventure was put aside though for their wedding day, where romance and love was the main focus.  As water is such an integral part of their lives as firefighters, they symbolism of two glasses of water being joined in one stream was extra special during their wedding ceremony
