Harriet and Michael ties the KNOTT at Cintsa
We have been lucky to be the wedding photographers at the weddings of so many talented and special couples over the years, and none more so than Harriet and Michael, two extremely intelligent and interesting people! Michael and his brother are pharmacists and own the Southernwood Pharmacy in East London. Harriet loves poetry (check out her page on Woes.co.za) and together with Michael they have traveled the world in search of adventure. Michael is of Polish descent and his passion for the Polish people comes from his grandmother, who was one of the survivors from the Second World war.
This couples’ love knows no bounds and that made being their photographers a breeze on their wedding day. And as Harriet and Michael Knott tied the knot, everyone knew that this is going to last forever…

Zenda and Leonard’s wedding at Country Bumpkin in Cintsa
Heavy, heavy rain after a long drought. Not the ideal wedding weather, but Zenda and Plot (Leonard) was able to take it in their stride. The saying goes that a rainy wedding day results in a lifelong and happy marital life, but we do not think Plot and Zenda needed any luck! They have been committed to each other for longer that most other marriages even before this big day! Come rain or shine – this wedding day was meant to be perfect.
The couple’s meticulous planning paid off when we were able to capture their intimate photos indoors at the Schafli Manor. JJ (owner) was very accommodating and made us feel at home and even allowed us to move his furniture around to get the photos we were looking for. Like the image below – my favourite shot of the day.
